About this role
IT Event Producer will be in charge of planning and executing high profile corporate events.
· Work closely with executive stake holders and technical staff in the development and implementation phases
· Plan, manage, and oversee, all aspects of corporate events and productions
· Manage the program development, design, AV production, vendor management, logistics, and more
· The Event Producer will partner with creative and content teams to produce high profile live events and experiences
You'll have the following responsibilities

· Accountable for the overall production of the show
· Support all aspects of technical and artistic production
· Manage all show developments from inception to final wrap-up of the project
· Create a master production schedule and rehearsal schedule in conjunction with the project owner, and work with producers/project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
· Attend all production meetings and rehearsals, and provide support wherever needed.
· Serve as a liaison between external production agencies, internal content team and internal stakeholders. Act as the main liaison between the creative director, the content producer and the technical director both in pre-production and onsite.
· Ensure everyone has a clear job description and is able to do their job effectively.
You'll have the following skills & experience
· BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
· Must have 5+ years of experience in executing the logistics of events within a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
· Experience in producing large scale live events
· Background in creative visual storytelling and experience with live video production
· Strong leadership and executive presence and experience interfacing with and influencing senior leaders
· Must have spent the majority of your career either on the agency side producing large scale events, or background in theatre production
· Self-motivated and articulate.
· Demonstrated and exceptional communication, (both verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
· Have the ability to motivate and encourage others towards a common goal
· Strong knowledge of collaboration technologies including video conferencing and webcasting
· Must have a good understanding of production terminologies and concepts
· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be willing to travel to manage events on-site as required
