We have a new and exciting role as a Business Improvement Manager
You will be managing a business improvement team and delivering important projects. It will be an ever-changing environment, with the ability to put your stamp on the future of our company.
This job is a key role within GCB&A where you will be using your skills and expertise to shape the direction of BT and some of our most critical products and services.
Being data and evidence driven, you will propose new ways of working and create more efficient and effective ways of working that will contribute to BTs overall strategy and growth.
You will have an inspirational mindset to deliver things not thought possible, as you make recommendations for process / procedural improvements which challenge the status quo to deliver end to end simplification.
You'll have the following responsibilities
- methodologies to evaluate existing processes and effectively deliver business process improvements.
- Coordinates the training of others in various business improvement models, following up with coaching as necessary ensure sustainment of new approach.
- Delivers consultancy and conducts analysis for projects, identifying and implementing opportunities for simplification, efficiency and enhancement to deliver business process improvements, customer satisfaction, cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Conducts testing of processes against agreed specifications, corporate standards, architecture and methods, and makes recommendations for process / procedural improvement.
