Job Description
You'll have the following responsibilities
- Applies advanced data gathering and analysis techniques to support a range of projects, shaping and progressing various aspects of either strategic or operational plans
- Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by the business, using scheduling & automation techniques to ensure regular reporting is produced without repetitive effort.
- Assists in the development of clear and insightful material to communicate strategy or plans to a range of internal and external audiences.
- Develops and maintains internal working relationships, providing data and analysis to relevant teams and educating other functions on reporting outcomes.
- Inputs into overall GCB strategies, policies and processes with real time insight and analysis to help drive continuous improvement.
- Conducts problem area deep dives through data mining to understand underlying drivers of trends.
You'll have the following skills & experience
- Credit Risk Analytics & data Mining skills
- Demonstrate good understanding of Credit Risk lifecycle
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Presentation of findings in a clear and inspiring manner
- Experience in Telco sector
- Communication - uses a variety of media including written, spoken, presentation and multi-media
- Stakeholder Management – works effectively across multiple business units and functions, UK and offshore.
- Technical – Statistical Analysis Skills with a high degree of accuracy, Strong IT skills, high level use of all MS Office applications, SAS and in depth understanding of BT CRM and Systems.
- Commercial – ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce cost
