About this role

You’ll be responsible for building, taking to market and evolving world class propositions to win in the market and continue building momentum and delivering differentiation over the next 1-3 years whilst also looking at future growth opportunities. 

Additionally, you’ll have responsibility to optimise and improve our in-life propositions to deliver customer experience improvements and support our vulnerable customers. This is an integral role in the business to hit our overall NPS targets and drive forward new initiatives. Key areas you’ll own:

• Proposition development: lead the development and delivery of new Converged Voice propositions to deliver a best in class customer experience, address our customers changing needs and driving commercial benefit
• Go To Market: collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to develop GTM plans for all new proposition changes being launched
• NPS: own and lead the execution of the Consumer NPS plan to continue the upward trend and achieve our ambition
• Change agent: identify and deliver changes to in-life propositions to improve outcomes for customers and business  

You’ll also need great communication and commercial acumen to ensure our plans are shared in a compelling way across the organisation to seek buy-in and deliver against our required financial outcomes

This is a part time role, for 2.5 - 3 days per week, ideally Wednesday to Friday, however flexibility in this is possible. 

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Drives their category’s performance in the P&L. 
• Inputs into proposition strategy for their category
• Identifies propositional opportunities and improvements. 
• Oversees the delivery of them to deliver engaged happy customers and commercial advantages. 
• Deliver & grow relationships with senior stakeholder to gain buy in and management for propositions within their category 
• Seen as expert in Broadband / Voice 

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with your stakeholder’s pan Consumer and BT
• Substantial knowledge and broad experience in Marketing 
• Excellent planning and execution skills
• Bold and confident thinking, challenging the status quo where appropriate
• Proven ability in making things happen – translate solutions into creation and delivery of practical and workable marketing plans that have a commercial / business impact.
• Patience and experience of navigating large, complex organisational structures 
• Able to deal with ambiguity, identify resources to implement and determine pragmatic solutions
• Substantial marketing and commercial experience ideal 
• Proven track record in brand and proposition management / development
