Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help to assist in basic food preparation
  • Take responsibility for deliveries, stock rotation and putting away stock correctly
  • Cleaning tasks within the kitchen,  which includes the recording of cleaning schedules
  • Complete and monitor temperature checks for kitchen equipment.
  • Follow our Food safety operating procedures
  • Operation of the dishwasher,  ensuring all items are cleaned to the highest standard.

 This is a role where you will receive ongoing training and there is scope to progress throughout the kitchen.

Job Requirements:

This role offers variety to your working day as well as the opportunity to gain experience within the hospitality industry. The emphasis always being on providing exceptional customer service.

Live in accommodation is available on-site at a cost of £140 per month. This price remains unmatched in the surrounding area by some margin and covers accommodation in your own private quarters, all general bills & meals.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:

Previous commercial kitchen experience including basic preparation of food items
Able to be flexible in work approach and skill training

Additional Information:

The pay range for this role is increasing in April 2022 to £19,400 - £23,000
