YoungOnes has just landed in the UK. In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, we need the coolest clients. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us grow our UK business.
About You:Ă‚Â
We are looking for an experienced sales person to join our dynamic team. You have 1+ years of experience, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of attracting new business and extracting revenue. Your Grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success.Ă‚Â
What will you be doing:Ă‚Â
Joining a team of dynamic self starters you will be:Ă‚Â
- In charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- High volume of outbound activity including calls, emails, messages etc.
- Lead Gen & qualification.
- Cold calls and other outbound activities.
- Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes.
- Activate your clients extracting revenue.
- Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience.
- Hand over clients to the customer success teams.
- YoungOnes is a very entrepreneurial organisation leaving you lots of freedom on how you hit your targets and objectives.

What we ask:
- At least finished university degreeĂ‚Â
- 1+ years customer service experience in a commercial role
- Confident in both written and verbal English communications
- Proven track record of attracting new business and extracting revenue
