We are recruiting for are a cruise company who are looking for additional staff members to greet guests/passengers along with customer service duties.
Working as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with checking in and any queries they have about the service they are using. Below is your main tasks;
The job of a customer service representative is of huge importance to the cruise ship in representing the company in the best possible way, you would be one of the first points of contact for customers, so being chatty and friendly is a must for this role!
Working days and times:
This is a flexible role job, meaning days will vary depending on the days the cruise ship arrives and leaves, making this the perfect job for candidates looking for something flexible, for example to fit around their home life or education. The shift times do not change, there is a morning shift which is quieter, this is helping passengers who have finished their cruise. The morning shift hours are 6am to 10am.
After this, there is a 'day shift', which is busier than the earlier shift because this is checking in all the passengers for the cruise, who arrive at various times. The hours for this are 10am until 7pm.
Pay rate:
The pay for this role is hourly and will be £9.50 per hour. If you would like to work the 'day shift', you will also be provided with food for lunch from the ship.
This role will be starting from JUNE 2022 and will be for one day at a time, each time the cruise ship docks and leaves.
