This is a 2-year rotational programme for recent graduates who are interested in building their career in Communications. The role will be placed in short-terms rotations (6 months each) within the Global Communications and Brand function, based in London.
As a graduate you will be expected to:
- Devise and execute communications plans, with guidance from your line manager, to support business activities and strategy.
- Participate in communication campaigns and projects to support the bank’s strategy.
- Support with developing the content in line with HSBC’s values and ensure alignment with global policies.
- Support the effective communication of HSBC priorities, company purpose and business activities to a range of audiences.
From day one, you’ll have a wide network of dedicated people to support you, including a line manager, placement manager and a mentor. They’ll be with you every step of the way to answer your questions, help build your professional network and support you in your career development.

The location will be split between working from home and the London office.
