The purpose of this role is to manage the central backlog with the Product leads and also manage a team of skilled business analyst/domain experts.

The role holder must be an energized, ambitious and high performing change leader who is able to quickly become a ‘trusted advisor’ to the leadership team through functioal expertise on on Wallets, FX, Payments (domestic & cross-border) and/or Multi-Currency Cards, Treasury and Liquidity Management etc.

   In this role, you will:

  • Manage the Business Analyst team members to provide guidance, coach in the adoption of best practices
  • Lead the Business Analysis Chapter across all Tribes, curating knowledge materials & processes to enable overall consistency and best-in-class Business Analysis practice
  • Work in a collaborative environment as part of a cross-functional team (a.k.a. squad) grouping various skillets and disciplines.
  • Bridge the gap between team members, be the core liaison facilitating the partnership across disciplines (product, technology, risks, operations, legal, design, etc.).
  • Maintain trusted relationships with all team members and solution vendors, facilitating overall consensus.
  • Equally learn from others and teach to others to produce collectively the best outcomes and business value

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Business Analysis domain having led teams of BA
  • Prior Product owner and Scrum Master experience would be desirable
  • Champion in usage of JIRA and Confluence (and similar toolsets)
  • Experience working in fast paced Agile environment (Scrum) functioning at scaled (e.g. SAFe)
  • Experience within a large, matrix organisation
  • Experience in managing successfully in challenging environment
  • Able to demonstrate actions and an understanding in working in the best interests of the customer
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effective presentation and coaching

The base location for this role is London
