Crew will be able to earn up to £28,000 a year with flying/duty pay and a tax-fee subsistence allowance (basic pay is £16,000), as well as generous company benefits, including Staff Travel benefits from day 1 of joining us.Â

Salary:
As a Heathrow Cabin Crew you will have the potential to earn, on average, a reward package of between £23,000 and £28,000 per annum. This comprises of a starting salary of £16,000 per annum, an hourly payment when you are flying, bonuses for achieving your performance targets and commission for Inflight Retail sales. Annual leave starting at 30 days per year rising to 34 days per year.

Bonuses:
You will receive an hourly payment when you’re flying and on duty. A subsistence allowance when you fly and have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus, plus commission on inflight retail and Buy on Board sales.
