Based at Stansted Airport, Cabin Crew International (CCI) are the official recruitment partner to Ryanair Holdings PLC which includes Ryanair DAC, Ryanair UK, Buzz, Lauda Europe and Malta Air.
Due to significant projected growth, CCI are looking for a driven and dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities for Recruitment Administrator:
- Presenting and interacting with all types of audiences and different backgrounds
- Speaking to all new applications every morning to screen and interview
- Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the requirements needed to become Ryanair Cabin Crew
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable in speaking to different audiences
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Understanding of employment law and regulations in relation to recruitment activities
- Flexibility regarding working hours, days and locations
- Must have a full driving license and right to work/travel in the UK and Europe
- Access to own transport – mileage and subsistence will be covered
