We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Client Implementation Manager. 

Senior Implementation Consultant role is based within the Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) Implementation Team, whose purpose is to on-board and implement the suite of GLCM Products and Services to Commercial Banking (CMB) clients. The wider Client Management team incorporates Client integration, Client Implementation and Client Service.

This role is based in London, Canada Square.

In this role, you will: 

  • Project Manage the implementation of Cash Management solutions providing a high level of implementation consultancy to clients
  • Driving project timelines in order to achieve optimal time to revenue 
  • Influence and advise clients in line with their day-to-day banking requirements and operational needs, thereby identifying opportunities to streamline clients’ processes and cross sell opportunities. Maximising global/regional mandate opportunities and in turn maximise Bank revenue
  • Proactively engaging with internal stakeholders in order to develop the team and processes  
  • Working closely with Relationship Management (RM) Teams to confirm credit and customer due diligence is completed 
  • Building close working relationships with European and global colleagues in order to facilitate a smooth and timely customer implementation
  • Managing designated Large Corporate Clients
  • Assist Senior Management with adhoc projects and initiatives to drive continual improvement across the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of Cash Management products and services
  • Proven Stakeholder Management
  • Project Management techniques
  • Presentation, negotiation and time-management skills
  • Computer hardware and software literacy 
  • Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in a rapidly changing technical environment 
  • Broad based knowledge of Group entities world-wide
  • A flexible/wide ranging understanding of corporate customer/market requirements
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, both within the Bank and with customers
