The Selfridges Recruitment Team are part of the wider HR team who are focused on recruiting, retaining and developing the best talent for Selfridges.
As Recruitment Manager your focus will be to lead a small team to ensure the delivery of a range of roles across head office are delivered and appropriate resourcing processes and plans are in place to deliver this. You will use your broad skillset to ensure that these processes are followed internally to fulfil current and future recruitment needs along with constantly looking at ways to ensure we are the destination for an extraordinary candidate experience.
A Recruitment professional, you will use your experience to support and develop your team to recruit high calibre candidates, ensuring they follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including, briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
As Recruitment manager you will be expected to constantly develop our teams capability and drive service excellence for our candidates and stakeholders. You will be accountable for all SLA's and KPI’s within your team, to ensure we are driving efficiency and productivity. This data should also offer the business insight to help them understand the current candidate landscape along with our collective successes and failures.
