Inspired by the heritage of Tiffany & Co and mirroring the famous flagship store in New York City, Tiffany’s Blue Box offers a space that is calming, and memorable to keep guests coming back. Serving delectable breakfasts and delicious Afternoon Teas with a luxury twist, our front of house teams keep our guests at the heart of everything they do, nothing is too much trouble whilst infusing the magic of both of these institutions together seamlessly.
About You
You will come from a hospitality background from a high end restaurant or prestigious hotel, with strong experience of working with, developing and leading teams around you to ensure service and standards are upheld at all times. You are also fully flexible in your approach understanding the needs of the business and the team and adapting appropriately.
You are a people person, both internally and externally with an obvious passion for customer service and ensuring guests feel like the only ones in the room.
Alongside strong people skills, you have business acumen and can confidently deliver on profit targets and restaurant sales, and KPI’s which is something you have a proven track record of.
You embody the brand and values which comes out in how you communicate with all of those around you and act as an Ambassador at all times.

All staff in the Front of House team share the funds equally between members based on the number of hours worked including approved annual leave.
